The paramedics were quite rude and arguementative but the staff at the hospital are friendly and understanding

There was nothing good about the care. 4 1/2 hours to have a blood test ECG. And still waiting to see a doctor it is now 12.40

Fleming: The staff were caring and attentive- multi- skilled as it is an assessment unit. The beds fare terribly and do not suit patients with mobility problems. More electric beds are urgently needed

I was seen quickly and I found the nurses and doctor were polite and although they were very busy, they tried to be as helpful as possible. However, I wasn't impressed with the radiologist who missed my kidney stone on the X-Ray and said there was nothing there!
